Trojan Rude Boy Box Set

Bueno, como os dije ayer, hoy vamos con el primer recopilatorio de la Trojan que subo. Poco a poco ire poniendo mas recopilatorios.
Compuesto por 3 cd´s, este recopilatorio esta dedicado enteramente a los rude boys (no voy a contar que son los rudes porque supongo que ya lo sabreis), ya sea porque los autores se definen como tal, o cuentan historias sobre ellos. El auge de los rudes fue en el 1966 y eso dio lugar a muchas canciones de ska y rocksteady que traten sobre ellos. A mi me encanta este recopilatorio por el tema que trata y la cantidad de temazos que podemos encontrar. Por citar alguno: Guns fever de Baba Brooks o Johnny to Bad de The Slickers (que podeis escuchar en el reproductor de esta pagina), Don´t be a rude boy de The Rulers, Dance crasher de Alton Ellis o Beware of rude boys de Henry Buckley. Y ya algunas mucho mas conocidas como Rudy got soul y 007 Shanty town de Desmond Dekker, Rudies all around de Joe White o Rudy a message to you de Dandy Livingstone.
Resumiendo, escucha obligada de cada uno de los cd´s que componen este fantastico recopilatorio.
